to ensure the best experience and long term satisfaction, please read and sign the following agreement outlining responsibilities, polices, and after instructions.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service is required the day your hair is ordered.
- Once the hair is opened or Installed, there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

- I will provide one complementary adjustment appointment within 7-10 days of your installation if needed.
- your first move-up will be scheduled 6-10 weeks after your initial install.
- regular maintenance is required for the health of your hair and the longevity of your extensions.
- Do not get your hair wt in oceans, pools, or lakes.
- If you are near water, wet your hair first then apply a leave in conditioner and braid or bun your hair securely.
- Wash and condition your hair immediately afterward.
- Always dry your extensions. They do not like being wet!
- Only use mineral-based sunscreen to avoid discoloration or damage to extensions.
- Use extension specific shampoo and conditioner to maintain the integrity of the hair
- Apply serum 2x a day maintain moisture and shine .
- Brush your hair 2x a day using an extension safe brush, start from the ends up.
- Sleep with your hair in a top knot or low ponytail or braid to prevent tangling.
- With proper home care, your extensions can last 9-15 months.
- Improper care may lead to early deterioration, matting, or damage and may void any service consideration.
